Refund Process for EU Consumers:

  2. Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original condition, including all tags and labels.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

  • Custom or Personalized Items: These items are not eligible for returns.
  • Used or Damaged Items: Items that have been used or damaged are not eligible for returns.
  • Sale Items: Sale items are typically final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Additional Notes:

  • We may deduct a restocking fee (20% of the item's purchase price) for items returned in damaged or used condition.
  • For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Return the item(s) in their original condition within 30 days of receipt, and we'll provide a full refund.

European Union Consumer Rights: Consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt. This is known as the cooling-off period. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your intention to cancel your order within the 14-day period.
